Line Work

Lines are essentially the works of everything in the world; everything you look at has lines. Before starting this lesson, I always liked my lines to be perfectly straight unless you know, it's a curve. After the lesson, I feel like i don't need to be as accurate as possible with my art and that makes me happy to be improving.

For me, lines convey every emotion because it makes up...literally everything.
I can convey the feeling of being dark and mysterious, or I can convey the feeling of being happy.
An example:

My partner said that my line work was pretty done well but that I need to REALLY capture movement with gesture drawings. I thought the movement of smiling was already captured in my picture.
