Product Improvement

For this project, we were suppose to come up with a product that can solve other people's problem. Palavi and I were just talking about washing dishes and how its just a pain in the butt, so she decided that there must be something that can be better than washing dishes by hand. I asked if she ever heard of the "thing" with the sponge and handle that people use for washing dishes. She said ,"Yea but its such an inconvenience,". So I suggested that we make the head of the "thing" spin so that its easier to take stubborn food off the plate.

We first decided to make the product's head round and replaceable with different style of sponges such as a steel wool, sponge, green scrubs, and bristles for cups. We did however encounter some minor problems like, "What if people wanted to use the WD for washing cups?". I thought that we should have a separate head for cups but then I realize, who would want to change heads in the middle of washing dishes? No one. So Palavi said, "What if  we made just one head for cups and dishes?"

That was a great idea except we THEN realize that it was hard to fit a non-moving head into a a cylindrical cup.

So we came up with a movable 360 spin head that you can lock when you were doing dishes. Other than that the only other change we made was making the Wash Disher's head tooth brush bristles so it is compatible for dishes and cups.

The minor change we made after designing the product was taking out the water hose that would've connected to a faucet and filter water through  the hole of the head.

This product honestly is the most useful product for lazy people that still need to do chores.
